Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Lakshmi Rangoli, we strive to provide high-quality handmade reusable Rangoli mats and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately through email or WhatsApp with your order details.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

• The order was cancelled within the eligible cancellation period.
• The product received is damaged during transit.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.

To process such requests, customers must provide clear photographs and order details within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

Once the refund request is reviewed and approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider and banking system.
• Customers will be notified once the refund has been initiated.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Change of mind after the product has been dispatched.
• Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance that naturally occur in handmade products.
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
• Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Products damaged due to improper use, washing, storage, or handling after delivery.
• Customized or special-order products made as per customer requirements.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• Order Number
• Customer Name
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the package (if damaged)

Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.
