Return & Replacement Policy

At Lakshmi Rangoli, we take great care in creating and delivering high-quality handmade reusable Rangoli mats. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a replacement.

Eligibility for Replacement

A replacement request may be approved under the following circumstances:

Product received is damaged during transit.
Wrong product has been delivered.
Product received has a major manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a replacement:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Original packaging should be retained.
The issue must be reported within the specified reporting period.

Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Products

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if they receive:

A damaged product
A defective product
An incorrect product

Please share the following information:

Order Number
Customer Name
Photos of the product
Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Brief description of the issue

Requests submitted after the reporting period may not be eligible for replacement.

Replacement Process

Once the request is reviewed and approved:

Our team will verify the submitted details.
Replacement approval will be communicated through Email or WhatsApp.
A replacement product will be dispatched at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:

An alternative product of similar value, or
A refund as per our Refund Policy.

Return Shipping Responsibility

For approved replacement requests involving:

Damaged products
Defective products
Incorrect products

Lakshmi Rangoli will bear the return shipping costs, if a return is required.

Customers should not return any product without prior approval from our support team.

Non-Returnable & Non-Replaceable Items

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

Change of mind after purchase.
Minor color variations caused by screen settings.
Minor handmade variations in design, texture, or appearance.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, washing, or storage after delivery.
Customized or special-order products.
